All below items are served with a choice of cheese grits or cajun home fries, and bacon or breakfast sausage. Omelettes are available with egg whites upon request.

Two poached eggs served over andouille sausage patties and warm buttermilk biscuits. Topped with a creole hollandaise sauce.
Crabcake Benedict

High Street Omelette
A three egg omelette filled with spinach, chopped tomato, and swiss.
Cajun Heaven Omelette
Chopped andouille, red and green bell peppers, onions, and your choice of cheese, built into a three egg omelette.
Candied Pecan Coconut French Toast
Two thick pieces of Texas toast, dipped in coconut batter. Topped with candied pecans and served with maple syrup on the side.
Poached Eggs with Homemade Andouille Hash
Homemade hash made from diced potatoes, onions, and andouille sausage. Served with two poached eggs.
